The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven record of strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of working effectively under pressure, and have experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep all new and returning patients' records up-to-date using electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Process new patient's paperwork and schedule initial appointment.
Prepare and distribute mailings, brochures, and other mailings as needed.
Maintain, organize, and alphabetize files in the office.
Answer telephones and greet patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Work as part of a team.
