Responsibilities:
Implements and leads quality assurance organization program.
Oversees day to day operations of the quality assurance laboratories.
Responsible for quality of finished product per specification.
Identifies and makes corrections for in-process production if needed.
Defines and implements inspection plans for raw materials, in-process product and finished product Oversees inspection of products returned to the plant.
Leads customer complaint, raw material non-conformances and internal non-conformities investigations and root cause analysis.
Recommends and participates to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensures reliability and conformity of the quality assurance laboratory instruments to calibration requirements.
Leads routine surveillance audits and serves as representative of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversees shelf-life testing of finished products.
Manages quality assurance laboratory supply inventory and obtains new equipment quotes, as needed.
Develops, implements and updates quality assurance laboratory documentation.
Develops and tracks departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Quality Metrics.
Participates in the development of and monitors annual department budget.
Encourages teamwork and good communication with the Production Department.
Supports R&D, Technical, Codes & Approvals, Production and Supply Chain Initiatives.
Other duties, as assigned by Manager.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing or Quality Assurance / Control.
Experience in CASE industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Statistical software experience preferred.
Basic mathematical, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Interest in, and previous experience participating in, continuous improvement activities.
Ability to work independently or with limited supervision.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is critical.
Must be able to plan, manage and prioritize multiple work assignments while achieving high throughput and meeting communicated deadlines.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Willingness to accept limited evening and weekend work to support all shifts.

Wears Personal Protective Equipment, as required.
Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk or computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
