Licensed Showing Assistant for a Broker.
The Showing Agent must have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role.
Looking for agents that speak Russian, Spanish, French.
English fluency is required.
Assisting Broker with showing requests and setting up appointments, follow up on all showing requests.
$25 per show with a minimum of 5 showings guaranteed, plus the opportunity for a bonus at closing, paid quarterly.
Responsibilities:
o License a must o Must have own ACCESS TO the MLS o Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead after the lead agent has completed a needs analysiso Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homeso Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteriao Driving buyer clients to see homes

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND ACCESS TO MLS!o Languages:
Russian or Spanish Requiredo Independent and self-motivatedo Happy, positive, energetico Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)o Learning-based and coachableo Professional in attitude and appearanceo Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalitieso Enthusiastic with excellent people skillso Extremely strong phone skills:
