We are seeking reliable and responsible Floral Delivery Driver and Event Staffer to join our team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for selecting, picking up and delivering flowers and misc event related furnishings and goods in a safe and timely manner.
This is a vital role in our company as you will be the face of our organization, providing excellent customer service and acute attention to detail during deliveries and on-site operations.
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently drive a delivery van to transport goods to pick up and deliver goods.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using proper lifting techniques - Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely routes - Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance issues or damages - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner - Strong attention to detail and time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries - Physical stamina to load and unload heavy items repeatedly throughout the day - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
