Description of Duties for Poker Cashier:
Accurately balances assigned bank.
Makes exchanges of currency, coins and money equivalents with customers in a courteous and timely manner.
Checks all bills for counterfeiting.
Cashes out customer poker chips in accordance with internal controls and department procedures.
Is held accountable for accuracy and thoroughness to ensure accurate departmental records and reports.
Provides professional and positive guest interactions.
Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
Advises Floor Representative or a Casino Operations Supervisor of any customer service issues.
All other duties assigned.
Description of Duties for Cage Cashier:

Assists other cage cashiers as necessary.

Must provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
Advises cash handling supervisors of any high level customer service issues.
Is required to work with floor attendants to cash out jackpots.
All other duties assigned.
Work Requirements for Poker / Cage Cashier:
High School Diploma.
1
years of previous cash handling experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written form.
Must have keen attention to detail and the ability to correct mistakes.
Basic computer skills are required or the ability to learn.
Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
