Looking for Assembly Clerk.
We have a position that is available in Hallindale; please review the following information below:
Location:
HallindalePay:
$17 per hour with weekly pay! Shift:
8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
- Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications.
- Test finished products for defects.
- Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
- Keep track of most frequently ordered products and maintain their reasonable buffer stock.
- Keep track of consumables and order them in a timely manner.
- Identify tools and equipment required for assembling and handling products.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
- Maintain order at the warehouse, ensuring proper product labeling.
Requirements and skills:
- Ability to use tools (e.
g.
, screwdriver, pliers, cutter, etc.
) and equipment (e.
g.
, printer, drill, sealer, etc.
).
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical condition, physical fitness and strength to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Readiness to work reasonable overtime hours when required to complete assignments.
- Safety-conscious with a respect for established safety guidelines and rules.
- Experience with or willingness to learn assembling/handling tools and methods.
- Readiness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
