A DAY IN THE LIFE As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability.
You will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage inventory, upload quality standards, and foster a positive work environment.

years of management experience (i.

, car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods Able to operate POS and other typical office machines Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred.
We seek someone who can prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.
You should also be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
