We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Manage cash register operations, including handling cash transactions and ensuring accuracy - Price and tag merchandise according to company guidelines - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Proficiency in using cash registers or point-of-sale systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
